    They're looking for a proactive and confident People Advisor to join the team. In this role, you'll provide day‑to‑day HR advice and support across the organisation, covering employee relations, policy guidance, and people administration. You'll play a key part in ensuring HR practices are effective, consistent, and aligned with their values, helping Kingdom to foster a positive and productive workplace.     What you'll do 

    As a People Advisor, you will: 

    • Act as the first point of contact for People-related queries, offering timely and accurate advice to internal and external stakeholders, and escalating where appropriate
    • Provide guidance and support to line managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and appeals, ensuring alignment with policy and UK employment legislation
    • Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating People policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect legislative changes, organisational growth, and strategic priorities
    • Work closely with managers to help reduce sickness absence, recommending appropriate interventions such as occupational health referrals, wellbeing support, and workplace assessments
    • Support managers with risk assessments relating to People compliance, ensuring recommendations are practical, meaningful, and aligned with best practice

    About you

    They're looking for someone who has:

    • Two or more years' experience in relevant discipline HNC level qualification (or equivalent experience) in a related field
    • Experience in an administrative role
    • Proven ability in advising on employee relation matters
    • Working knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines within the People sector
    • Awareness of data protection principles
    • Ability to work autonomously and accurately with strong attention to detail
    • Customer focused with professional and positive attitude and a flexible approach to work
