In this role, you'll provide day‑to‑day HR advice and support across the organisation, covering employee relations, policy guidance, and people administration. You'll play a key part in ensuring HR practices are effective, consistent, and aligned with their values, helping Kingdom to foster a positive and productive workplace. What you'll do
As a People Advisor, you will:
- Act as the first point of contact for People-related queries, offering timely and accurate advice to internal and external stakeholders, and escalating where appropriate
- Provide guidance and support to line managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and appeals, ensuring alignment with policy and UK employment legislation
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating People policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect legislative changes, organisational growth, and strategic priorities
- Work closely with managers to help reduce sickness absence, recommending appropriate interventions such as occupational health referrals, wellbeing support, and workplace assessments
- Support managers with risk assessments relating to People compliance, ensuring recommendations are practical, meaningful, and aligned with best practice

About you
They're looking for someone who has:
- Two or more years' experience in relevant discipline HNC level qualification (or equivalent experience) in a related field
- Experience in an administrative role
- Proven ability in advising on employee relation matters
- Working knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines within the People sector
- Awareness of data protection principles
- Ability to work autonomously and accurately with strong attention to detail
- Customer focused with professional and positive attitude and a flexible approach to work
