    Relationships Scotland (Couple Counselling Fife) is looking for a receptionist for their counselling centre in Kirkcaldy to work evenings, 4.30 - 8.15pm, and some day-time hours. 

    The role requires some flexibility to cover holidays and sickness. 

    Duties are mainly meeting and greeting clients, taking donations, some administrative tasks like answering the phone, printing forms, and sending appointment reminder text. 

    Proficiency in using a computer is required, specifically in using Word and Excel. 

    The role requires a pleasant manner with clients, a good understanding of confidentiality, good people skills, and competency in using a computer. 

    They are looking for someone who can work two evenings during weeknights.
