    Hours: 17.5 hours per week (0.5 Full Time Equivalent) 
    Salary: £12,812 per annum (£26,625 FTE) 
    Location: Fife (home-based with regular travel across Fife)

     

    Are you passionate about supporting volunteers and helping young people thrive? Volunteering Matters are looking for a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator to lead and grow their award-winning Grandmentors programme in Fife.

    Grandmentors matches trained volunteer mentors with young people aged 16-26 who are facing life challenges, helping them build confidence, resilience and skills through meaningful one-to-one support.

    In this role, you will take responsibility for recruiting, training, and supporting volunteer mentors, ensuring positive experiences for both volunteers and young people involved. You'll work closely with young people, volunteers and partner organisations to deliver high-quality mentoring support that truly makes a difference in people's lives.
