    The Trust promotes the education and training of young people across voluntary youth organisations at a local level.

    Activities funded include: climbing, mountain biking, quad biking, skiing, sailing, kayaking and trips to various places of interest as well as weekends at Scout and Guide Centres. Support for overseas trips, expeditions and activities is also provided.

    Who can apply?

    You will be a Scout Group, a section of a Scout Group or the equivalent in another voluntary organisation that directly seeks to improve the welfare of young people through the provision of training and/or education. You may be a local group or part of a National Organisation but not a Scout District, Scout Region, National Scout Association, or their equivalent in other similar organisations.

    How to apply

    Application and guidance notes available via the Trust's website. Applications should be submitted by post to the address stated within the most recent guidance notes.

    The closing date for applications is Saturday 14 March 2026.
