The Communities Learning and Development Team at Fife Council is working in partnership with SAMH and the Cosmos Community Centre in St Andrews to offer free mental health workshops in a small supportive group setting over 10 weeks.
Come and learn new ways of thinking and build your confidence and self-esteem.
The sessions start on Monday 16 February 2026, 10.00am - 12.00pm, taking place at Cosmos Community Centre, Abbey Walk, St Andrews KY16 9LB.
