Fife Health and Social Care Partnership have opened their Strategic Plan Priorities 2026-29 for consultation.
This plan sets out what they want to achieve, how they’ll do it, and most importantly, how you can help shape it.
Their goal is simple: To help the people of Fife live healthier, more independent lives – in the right place, at the right time, with the right support.
The Strategic Plan is a roadmap for improving health and social care, setting out what they want to achieve, how they plan to get there and how they will work together to do this.
It is a statutory requirement – but more importantly, it’s the right thing to do. It gives them the chance to take stock, reflect on what they’ve learned, and refresh their priorities so they can deliver the best for the community.
Fife’s population is changing. People are living longer — which is wonderful — but it also means more people need support. They want to plan ahead so services are ready: flexible, fair, and focused on what matters most and to getting it right for all our communities.
