Our Volunteer Managers' Forums are open to anyone who works or volunteers in Fife and who is involved in the recruitment and/or management/supervision of volunteers.

This Forum will focus on Recruitment and Retention, will give you the chance to meet other Volunteer Managers, share ideas and approaches to various issues that are important now within the volunteering sector.

We are delighted to have Andy King, Programme Co-ordinator (Fife), Street Soccer Scotland joining us. Andy supports programmes that use sport to make positive change in people's lives and communities and will share Street Soccer Scotland's experience of volunteer recruitment, including approaches that have worked well, challenges encountered along the way, and key lessons learned from recruiting and supporting volunteers. We will also be joined by Kathryn Speirs, Volunteering Services Delivery Manager, Macmillan Cancer Support. Kathryn leads volunteering service delivery for Macmillan Cancer Support and has extensive experience supporting and engaging volunteers across the country. Kathryn will share Macmillan's approach to volunteer retention, including practical examples, how volunteers are supported and engaged, and some of the learning gained from managing and retaining volunteers in a national charity. We are looking forward to Andy and Kathryn sharing their experience and insight.

The biggest benefit of this meeting, and the one that participants speak most highly of, is the chance to meet and learn from each other. There will be time to have open discussions, build connections, share ideas and hear from our speaker - we'll share who this is and the topic they'll be covering as soon as we have it.

We look forward to seeing you there. Book now!
