Fife Health & Social Care Partnership is working to promote awareness around how people can access urgent care services in Fife, when their GP Practice is closed. They are keen to gather feedback from people across Fife to understand their awareness of:

  • Accessing the right care in the right place via NHS 24 by calling 111
  • The range of urgent care services they could be referred to
  • Where those services are located

The feedback from this survey will offer Fife Health & Social Care Partnership an understanding of people's awareness of accessing urgent care services in Fife, and help to shape and inform improvements that they can consider to further promote 'Right Care, Right Place' and NHS 24 via 111.

The survey will close on Monday 15 December 2025.
