  • Opportunities Fife Partnership Commissioning Framework 2026-29

    Created: 14/10/2025
    News/Events Category: Employability

The Opportunities Fife Partnership (OFP) is inviting Notes of Interest from organisations who would like to deliver services as part of the new Commissioning Framework for 2026–2029.

The Framework can be found here: OFP Commissioning Framework 2026-29

This framework sets out how we will fund and support services that help people in Fife improve skills, move into and stay in work, and reduce inequalities. It is based on the principles of No One Left Behind, co-production, and person-centred support.

The Partnership wants to hear from:

    • Third sector organisations
    • Social enterprises
    • Other providers who share our values and can deliver high-quality, inclusive services.

    What to do now:

Send the Partnership an email titled 'Note of Interest' to [email protected]. The Partnership will then forward you an application pack which includes:

    • Application Form
    • Guidance Document
    • Fife Needs Map

You do not need to submit a full proposal at this stage.

    Deadline: 31 October 2025
