    Change Mental Health in collaboration with Carers Trust have updated a tool designed to support carers of individuals with mental health conditions. "A Menu of Questions helps carers to ask the right questions and access the information and support they need from mental health services.

    While the resource is primarily aimed at adult carers, it may also be valuable for young adult carers - especially those who are actively engaging with mental health services.
