Adelphe have launched drop-in sessions at the Community Support Hub in Dunfermline.
They've created a warm and welcoming place - whether you need support, a listening ear, or a quiet moment with a cuppa they're here to help.
No appointments are needed and there's no pressure either - it's a space to pause, reflect, and connect with others who understand what it's like to navigate life's transitions.
Adelphe are here for the chats, check-ins, and the little moments that make a big difference.
The sessions take place 10.00am - 2.00pm every Thursday, starting 21 August 2025.
