ICO: Survey to charities working with children and young people (age 0-25yrs)
Created: 21/07/2025The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) would like to hear from Scottish charities that are working with children and young people aged 0 - 25 and who are storing, collecting, or sharing their personal information.
They would like to hear about any challenges or questions you may have about data protection law to help them understand how they can support you in using personal data in a responsible way.
They would appreciate your response which will help them to plan their future activity and engagement with the third sector in Scotland.
ICO is the regulator for data protection law in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Their Scottish Affairs team provides advice on Scottish public affairs, manages stakeholder relationships with key Scottish public bodies and the third sector, as well as promotes good practice in data protection by raising awareness of organisational responsibilities across all sectors.
