The application process for the next Integrated Leadership Training Programme is now open.
The programme is aimed at managers in Fife Health and Social Care Partnership who are at the level of Team Manager in Fife Council and Band 7/8a in NHS Fife. Generally, those who report to one of their Extended Leadership Team. They are open to equivalent applicants from voluntary and independent sectors.
The overall aim of the leadership programme is to increase the leadership capabilities and confidence of managers within Fife’s Health and Social Care Partnership. Each of the sessions will provide participants with an opportunity to:
- Understand their strengths and areas for development
- Link learning to their personal psychometric profile
- Recognise the impact their leadership has on their team, their service and the Partnership
- Learn from, and support the learning of, each other
- Set their own learning and development goals
