    Enable is a Scottish charity that supports people with learning disabilities to live independently, find work, and be active members of their communities. 

    They have a range of groups for young people in Glenrothes and Cupar. There’s no online sign-up for the 16–25 groups – they'd be happy to arrange a visit for any interested young people.

    New Glenrothes Youth Group (Ages 12–16)

    When: Weekly on Wednesdays, 4.30 – 6.00pm
    Where: Lomond Centre, Glenrothes
    This is a social group focused on building confidence, making new friends, engaging in community and campaign activities, and enjoying team games and icebreakers.
    They’re currently looking for sign-ups – the digital sign-up form can be accessed via the QR code in the image above or this link: https://forms.office.com/e/Fqr8nqp5WY  

    Glenrothes Youth Group (Ages 16–25)

    When: Fortnightly on Wednesdays, 7.00 – 8.55pm
    Where: Lomond Centre, Glenrothes
    Activities are chosen by the young people and often include walks, cooking, arts and crafts, games, and quizzes.

    Cupar Youth Group (Ages 16–25)

    When: Fortnightly on Mondays, 6.05pm – 8.00pm
    Where: Cupar Youth Cafe 
    Activities are chosen by the young people and often include walks, cooking, arts and crafts, games, and quizzes.
