    They're looking for a Sustainability Graduate Trainee to play a key role in delivering the Kingdom Group's strategy and associated action plan for the journey to net zero including carbon reduction projects, climate change mitigation, as well as other sustainability projects.

    The Role

    As a Sustainability Graduate Trainee, you will:

    • Support the delivery of projects to comply with relevant regulations, improve customers' homes, and reduce carbon emissions and resource use across the Kingdom Group
    • Collaborate with and support colleagues to deliver on a range of sustainability outcomes including development and implementation of a robust performance management framework and sustainability strategies for our sustainability goals
    • Support the monitoring and reporting on the association's sustainability performance, including energy usage, waste diversion rates and carbon emissions, ensuring data is captured, stored and accessible to inform decision making and investment
    • Analyse and act on customer feedback to enhance the customer experience in relation to sustainability
    • Represent the Kingdom Group as required at internal and external meetings and partnerships to promote work on sustainability

    This Graduate Traineeship will be a fixed term contract for three years, and whilst there is no guarantee of a permanent job at the end of the traineeship, the goal is to develop the skills and experience that would support you into a wider role in the business. You will also gain experience and your post graduate qualification.

    About you

    Kingdom is looking for someone who:

    • Has a recent or pending degree (minimum 2:2 level) in a relevant subject
    • Good understanding of environmental and sustainability challenges and opportunities
    • Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage a varied workload
    • Numerical and project planning skills
    • Ability to collaborate with a range of colleagues and partners
