Scottish Union of Supported Employment (SUSE) is developing an app for disabled people in employment.

This phone app will empower individuals to assess their wellbeing, request support and prevent employment challenges.

The EASE App is for disabled workers to check their wellbeing based on a range of challenges people may face in employment and get linked to resources and services quickly if needed. Its purpose is to facilitate Early Action to Sustain Employment (EASE).

SUSE is looking for people who may benefit from using the app to register to be one of the first users and help them test the app before its general release in 2026.

Early users of the app will get access to all the resources and support links but will also help development by answering some quick questions and providing feedback on what is working well in the app and what could be better.
