    Their Asset Operations team work together to provide a high quality maintenance and repair service for the Kingdom Group. To support this vital group, they're recruiting for a Void Property Cleaner. 

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain homes in the Kingdom Group, supporting their vision of great homes, services, people, and communities. 

    The role

    As a Void Property Cleaner, you'll:

    • Carry out property clearances and full house cleans ready for new tenants
    • Undertake general labouring and basic multi-skilled work
    • Ensure they are committed to delivering as One Kingdom to provide the highest standard of service to all customers
    • Take and record inventory of the full contents of the property
    • Participate in the emergency on call rota if required

    About you

    Kingdom is looking for someone who:

    • Has understanding of health and safety legislation
    • Has experience in working in a customer-facing role/providing customer service
    • Can manage their own workload and work with minimal supervision
