To support this vital group, they're recruiting for a Void Property Cleaner.

The role
As a Void Property Cleaner, you'll:
- Carry out property clearances and full house cleans ready for new tenants
- Undertake general labouring and basic multi-skilled work
- Ensure they are committed to delivering as One Kingdom to provide the highest standard of service to all customers
- Take and record inventory of the full contents of the property
- Participate in the emergency on call rota if required

About you
Kingdom is looking for someone who:
- Has understanding of health and safety legislation
- Has experience in working in a customer-facing role/providing customer service
- Can manage their own workload and work with minimal supervision
