    Fife Health and Social Care Partnership is excited to introduce Fife’s first Prevention and Early Intervention Strategy. This document outlines plans to reduce health and social care issues by taking proactive steps and timely actions that align with the vision and strategic goals.

    The strategy encourages health and social care to continue to think and act differently, so that everyone can live an independent and healthier life now and in the future. Their shared commitment to prevention and early intervention will pave the way for improved outcomes and stronger communities.
