Fife Health and Social Care Partnership (FHSCP) wants to ensure that people looking to access online supports for mental health and wellbeing can access the right service, in the right place, at the right time.

Access Therapies Fife and Moodcafé are websites managed by FHSCP Psychology Service and are designed to provide accessible mental health and wellbeing support, information and digital therapy options which can support self-help.

    • Access Therapies Fife is designed to help people access therapy and mental health services online, offering an easy-to-use website for booking and receiving therapies. https://accesstherapies.scot.nhs.uk
    • Moodcafé provides information and supports about mental health, helping people find information, guidance, and support for their emotional wellbeing. https://moodcafe.co.uk

    Who should take the survey?

They want to hear from people who use these services, and this survey aims to gather feedback, to help them improve the experience of people accessing and navigating the websites, and to shape and inform recommendations for improvement.

    • When they talk about accessibility, they want to ensure that there are no barriers that prevent people interacting with or accessing the websites.
    • When they talk about navigation, they want to ensure that people can explore and discover the different areas and information contained within the website.

They also want to hear from those who refer people to these services and those who design or deliver services within the Access Therapies Fife and Moodcafé websites.
