    This interactive webinar provides practical self-care strategies, explores the emotional impact of this work, and offers guidance on setting boundaries, seeking support, and preventing burnout.

    You will learn about:

    • The challenges/emotional impact of supporting people who self-harm
    • Practical self-care techniques for emotional resilience
    • The importance of supervision and peer support
    • Resources for Practice Reflection and personal wellbeing
