    Post: Support Worker
    Hours: 30 hours per week
    Salary: £12.60 per hour
    Location: St Monans

    ENeRGI is looking for a support worker for their mental health charity. They are a small, friendly, and supportive team.

    The role

    Assisting individuals in the community with various needs while promoting independence and wellbeing. This will include:

    • Social activities
    • Income maximisation
    • Tenancy management

    About you

    The Support Worker will be expected to build and maintain professional, positive, and supportive therapeutic relationships within which service users are encouraged to reach their maximum potential through opportunities for personal growth and development.

    You will engage in one-to-one support and in team working and development.

    SVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care required.

    You may also be asked to undertake other tasks as required and as appropriate to the post holder’s skills.

    Driving licence preferred.

    ENeRGI is a real living wage employer. Appointment is pensionable and offers support through an employee assistance programme and manager supervision. No sponsorship.
