They aim to address poverty, social mobility, and employment challenges for those who have moved away from their usual place of residence. Their vision is to create a sustainable, collaborative forum where individuals can make a positive impact on their lives. They promote engagement, participation, and social cohesion, guided by a human rights approach.
The role
FIF have a new role of Community Support Assistant who will support Fife International’s service delivery across Fife. This role offers hands-on, person-centred holistic support to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. You will work closely with the casework team and assist with community-focused activities, workshops, and group facilitation. You will assist in delivering services that enable people to choose and shape their own support while promoting social integration and inclusion. Your work will help us achieve our charitable objectives and deliver meaningful benefits to the community.
