Volunteering for All heard from Energy Saving For All (ESFA) about their inclusive volunteering programme.

"My name is Anand, and I’m the project officer for ESFA, a project run by Changeworks and CEMVO Scotland in partnership aimed at providing free and partial energy advice to ethnic minority (EM) communities. The project was initiated in March 2023 and will last until 2026. Volunteers are an integral part of the project. We train Ethnic minority volunteers to reach into their communities and bring about change. We have a pool of volunteers who help us make contacts, reach out to communities, deliver advice sessions, translate, collect client information, and much more. The success of the project is closely related to our volunteers’ contributions."
