    Cruse Scotland have launched 'Walk and Talk' groups in Dunfermline and Kirkcaldy to provide a support network to grieving adults. 

    The walks are led by trained leaders who offer companionship and support to those who are grieving. 

    • Dunfermline Walk & Talk group meets every second Monday at 1.30pm.
    • Kirkcaldy Walk & Talk group meets at 1.30pm and will begin on Monday 05 May.

    Cruse Scotland is keen to welcome any adults who feel isolated after a loss or who would benefit from meeting others in similar situations.
