    The role

    As Tech and Infrastructure Officer you will:

    • Work as part of the digital team to provide exceptional customer service and experience
    • Support, manage, and maintain the core digital infrastructure for the Kingdom Group
    • Provide a customer focused frontline support service and carry out project work for core digital systems
    • Keep up to date with security vulnerabilities, monitor and review security systems, and take appropriate action
    • Ensure that Kingdom is committed to delivering as one Kingdom to provide the highest standard and take appropriate action

    You will provide a customer-focused digital support service to employees of the Kingdom Group and support employees to maximise their use of digital services and enable the development of great services within the business as digital advocates.

    About you

    They’re looking for someone who has:

    • An HNC level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline 
    • At least two years' relevant experience
    • Experience of configuring and implementing new digital systems 
    • Knowledge and understanding of digital security 
    • Excellent problem analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution skills
    • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
    • Analytical skills
    • Organisational skills, with good attention to detail
