    The role

    As a Builder, you will:

    • Provide a high quality maintenance and repair service for Kingdom Housing Association
    • Carry out routine and emergency repairs and change of tenancy repairs in void properties 
    • Carry out other repairs and minor works in the association's properties and offices

    About you

    They’re looking for someone who:

    • Has general building experience and the ability to carry out multi-trade works such as slabbing, fencing, plastering, roughcasting, and cement work
    • Can fulfill roofing installs and repairs and wet trades
    • Is a great communicator with the ability to work on their own and as part of a team
    • Has basic IT skills and excellent customer care
    • Current full UK driving licence
