Moments in Time is a dementia-friendly group run by OnFife that brings people together to chat and reminisce over a cuppa.
The nex set of sessions will be held in the 'Pub Reminiscence Pod' at Methil Heritage Centre.
The pod will be decked out with beer pumps, dominoes, darts (the non-pointy kind!), a pub quiz, songs, poems and pictures. In other words, lots of things to spark off feelings, sensations, and chat.
There won't be any alcohol at the session but there will be tea, coffee and biscuits, and the opportunity to have a look around the centre.
Session details
All six sessions will be held at 2.00-3.00pm at Methil Heritage Centre, 272 High Street, Leven, KY8 3EQ.

There is parking on both the High Street outside the museum and on the side street (where there is wheelchair access via the side door).
How to book
The sessions are free, however spaces are limited so booking is essential.

Hannah and Rachel that run the museum will be very happy to take your call. Also please do let us know in advance if you need to cancel - they don't want anyone to miss out.
