Fife Meaningful Activity Network- Online Get Together
Created: 16/04/2025The Fife Meaningful Activity Network (FMAN) is a supportive space for staff working with older adults to explore ways that help them to live active, engaging and meaningful lives to improve wellbeing and positively impact quality of life.
Mental Health Week 2025 will be held 12 - 18 May so they thought it would be a great opportunity to share Fife's 'Move for Your Mood' resource. Moving for your mood means finding ways you can build movement into your day, and getting to know how it makes you feel. This online get-together will Introduce FMAN members to the 'Move for Your Mood' resource. Outline the benefits of physical for our mental health Explore ways of bringing activity into our day Provide an opportunity for network members to share ideas of activities they offer to get people moving.
