The role
Your work will include providing a sensitive, person-centred support service for carers where the cared-for person is in hospital, working closely with Fife Carers Centre team to establish continuity of support for carers after discharge.
You'll be working closely with hospital teams, advocating for carers, providing essential information, and ensuring they receive the support they need.
