    Aims of the programme

    • Gain practical knowledge and skills
    • Learn from experienced professionals
    • Connect with other carers and share experiences
    • Get information about what services are out there and how to access them

    Who should attend?

Anyone caring for a family member or friend living with dementia.

    About the sessions

The sessions are held on a Wednesday afternoon from 1.30 until 3.30. They are held at Alzheimer Scotland brain Health and Dementia Resource Centre - in Kirkcaldy bus station, behind Stance 7.
