    Chat On The Mat is a ground-breaking programme for men aged 25+, exclusively from the Levenmouth area, who have poor mental wellbeing. 

    The sessions will focus on facilitated discussions, being active through judo, and spending time at the end of the session for the men to connect over a cuppa. 

    The sessions are free to attend and last for 10 weeks, starting Thursday 24 April 2025. 

    The sessions will be held in Leven Scout Hall, Montrave Crescent, Leven KY8 4EQ. 

    Chat On The Mat is led by Destination Judo, a judo coaching organisation in central Scotland.
