You must be willing to travel throughout Fife and occasionally furtherFife Young Carers (FYC) is looking for someone with a passion for supporting vulnerable young people to reach their full potential. The post holder will be responsible for supporting young and adult carers aged 15-25 with the transition into further education, employment, or other opportunities. This could be through professional relationships and network building, as well as partnership working with services in FYC.
