    Scottish Parliament Information Centre (SPICe) have released Exploring Employability Funding Allocation in Scotland. This report examines the impact of funding delays on employability services in Scotland, using survey data and qualitative interviews.

    The report makes five core recommendations:

    1. Adopt multi-year funding models 
    2. Address the cascade impact of funding delays 
    3. Enhance communication between key stakeholders 
    4. Ensure funding reflects regional and demographic needs
    5. Develop streamlined, strategic commissioning frameworks
