Their Asset Operations team works together to provide a high quality maintenance and repair service for the Kingdom Group. To support this vital work, they're recruiting for a Building Safety Advisor to join the Building Safety Team on a 12-month temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain one kingdom to provide the highest standard of service to all of their clients.

    The Role

    As a Building Safety Advisor, you will: 

    • Work as part of the Asset Strategy team to ensure their property assets are safe and compliant
    • Upload new property details, including servicing dates, on relevant systems in accordance with timescales
    • Liaise with external contractors to arrange visits/repairs, provide them with any relevant information, relay any feedback or instructions and ensure completion of required jobs
    • Ensure systems and databases are accurate and kept up to date, and team processes are efficient and effective

    About You

    They're looking for someone who has: 

    • SVQ 3 level qualification in a relevant discipline
    • Previous experience in an administrative role
    • The ability to interpret data
