    Created: 15/03/2025
    News/Events Category: Consultations

The Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee is seeking views on civil legal assistance, including grant funding for advice organisations. This call for views is part of a new inquiry, which aims to explore what is and is not working within the current civil legal aid system.

The committee is keen to hear from solicitors, organisations offering advice on civil justice issues or supporting people in accessing civil legal assistance, and people who have experience of accessing civil legal assistance or advice on civil justice issues.

The call for views closes on Thursday 17 April 2025.
