Fife Health and Social Care Partnership's Health Promotion Service have developed a new 'Community Transport Services' leaflet and poster.
The leaflet has been developed in partnership with local community travel services such as Royal Voluntary Service and Alliance Ambulance. The goal is raise awareness of the range of support which is on offer to help people access health appointments.
