Their Asset Operations Team works together to provide a high quality maintenance and repair service for the Kingdom Group. To support this vital work, they are recruiting for a Plumber.     The Role

    As a Plumber, you'll:

    • Work as part of the Asset Operations Team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience
    • Carry out all required plumbing maintenance and repair work in their properties, offices and any other buildings
    • Participate in the emergency on call rota
    • You will provide routine and emergency repairs in customers homes, change of tenancy repairs in void properties and other categories of repairs and minor works in properties and staff bases

    Please note that there is an opportunity to take on Chargehand responsibilities within this role. You will receive a responsibility allowance of £2,577 per annum. If you feel this is something you would be interested in, please note this on your Supporting Statement.

    About You

    Kingdom are looking for someone who has:

    • Four year apprenticeship (SCQF 7) + City and the Guilds for the Scottish and Northern Ireland Plumbers and Electrical Federation (SNIPEF)
    • The ability to carry out multiskilled work, including basic joinery work
    • The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
