    Fife Carers Centre have launched a wellbeing programme designed just for carers, starting this March. 

    They've teamed up with amazing professionals like Bill Paterson (CBT - cognitive behavioural therapy - sessions) and Deborah Enrici (silent counselling) to make this an impactful and supportive experience. 

    Locations & Start Dates

    • Kirkcaldy: Monday 03 March 2025
    • St Andrews: Tuesday 15 April 2025
    • Dunfermline: Thursday 22 May 2025
    • Leven: Friday 11 July 2025
    • Glenrothes: Monday 18 August 2025
    • Dunfermline: Tuesday 30 September 2025

    Spaces are limited to 10 carers per session, and they ask that attendees commit to all six weeks. They may be able to provide you with financial support to help you attend.

    Each programme runs for six weeks, with sessions starting at 11am. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
