The cost-of-living crisis has affected communities across Scotland, but Polish migrants — many in low-paid, precarious work and struggling with rising housing costs — face particular challenges.

Community Health Exchange (CHEX) research highlights the financial insecurity, language barriers, and difficulties accessing support services that impact this group, and they propose recommendations to address these inequalities.

The report also dives into the situation of the more vulnerable members of the group, such as single parents, people with disabilities, and older community members.
