To celebrate Carers UK’s 60th Anniversary, this year the Carers Scotland Summit will be an in-person health and wellbeing event for carers.
Attendees can look forward to sessions including yoga, mindfulness, and an opportunity for to share their own tips and advice with other carers.
Carers Scotland will have a short presentation about their work and campaigns over the past year and going forward into 2025, and present new findings from last year's State of Caring Survey.
They will also be joined by a selection of stallholders who will be able to offer help and advice, including the British Heart Foundation, GAMH, NHS24, Citizens Advice Bureau, Age Scotland, and many more.
This event is free to attend and open to carers across Scotland, so book your place today!
