It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.The Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 introduces ‘regulated roles’ to define whether PVG scheme membership is required when working with children and/or protected adults. This replaces and expands on the previous definition of regulated work. The changes to the Disclosure Act will come into force on 01 April 2025.
This training session is for third sector organisations in Fife and will cover:

- Regulated roles and exceptions
- Key changes
- How we can help you
