It is too late to book a place for this particular session, sorry about that.

The Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 will come into force on 01 April 2025, making membership of the PVG scheme a legal requirement for anyone undertaking a regulated role. This also applies to organisations with volunteers or staff performing such roles.

This training session is for third sector organisations in Fife to learn what the changes mean for you and the steps you need to take to ensure compliance.

We’ll discuss the importance of making referrals under the PVG scheme, your legal responsibilities, and practical guidance on how to meet these obligations.

This session will be delivered online by Wendy McBeth, Compliance and Training Officer, Volunteer Scotland Disclosure Services.
