  • Renters' Rights Campaign - Understanding tenants' rights in Scotland

    Created: 20/02/2025
    News/Events Category: General News

The Scottish Government has launched the final stage of its Renters' Rights Campaign which aims to inform tenants, landlords, and letting agents about the ending of the emergency Cost of Living (Tenant Protection) Act on 31 March 2025.

While the emergency protection measures are ending, tenants still have the same rights as before. The campaign aims to remind tenants of those rights and feel confident about using them.

The Renters' Rights website outlines tenants' rights and what support and advice is available to them.
