The Fife Meaningful Activity Network (FMAN) invite staff who have a role in supporting older adults in care homes and care settings to their next network meeting.
This in-person event aims to create a supportive space for staff who work with older adults in care or community settings across Fife to share good practice, learn together, and solve problems.
This interactive session will explore small changes everyone can make for healthy ageing and ways in which we can support each other to age better. It will also introduce free Age Scotland resources fo supporting healthy ageing and Take Five to Age Well, a health ageing pledge challenge launching this spring.
The network is aimed at staff working in care homes or in care settings. They welcome care stuff, activity coordinators, team managers, and any staff with an interest in promoting meaningful engagement, wellbeing, and improving quality of life for older adults experiencing care.
