News/Events Category: Health and Social Care

Fife Alcohol Support Service (FASS) start their seven-week Flourish with Nature recovery programme from 10 March 2025.

Over the seven weeks, you will explore how nature can support personal growth, recovery, and overall wellness, while building a strong sense of community. Each week, you’ll be guided through mindful indoor and outdoor practices and nature-based activities that encourage healing, self-empowerment, and a deeper connection to both yourself and the natural world.

The sessions are thoughtfully designed to empower you on your recovery journey, nurture your holistic wellbeing, and help you connect with nature in accessible and meaningful ways.

This program is designed to be inclusive and accessible, ensuring that everyone can join, regardless of their background or experience.

Start date: Monday 10 March 2025

    Duration: Seven weeks
