The Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 introduces ‘regulated roles’ to define whether PVG scheme membership is required when working with children and/or protected adults. This replaces and expands on the previous definition of regulated work.

    The session covers:

    • Regulated roles with children and protected adults – who can join the scheme?
    • Your legal requirements
    • Regulated roles and exceptions
    • Key changes
    • How we can help you

Booking is required for these training sessions.
