    Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,535 per annum pro rata
Location: Kirkcaldy, with travel across Fife

Fife International Forum is a people-led charity with many years' experience supporting migrants and refugees living in Fife. A human rights-based approach is at the heart of their work to foster positive and inclusive community development and integration. Working in partnership with other service providers they seek to tackle poverty, low levels of social mobility, employment difficulties, and other issues often faced by people who move away from their usual place of residence.

    About the role

Fife International Forum is looking for a caseworker with excellent communication skills and effective time management. You will have the ability to think creatively and problem solve, working proactively and collaboratively across various sectors to achieve safe and supportive outcomes for people that they support while understanding the challenges and demands this may present. You should be able to think strategically and adapt to changing circumstances.

The caseworker is a key member of the team and should have experience working effectively in a similar role. The successful candidate will be confident in working with individuals on a one-to-one basis, in group settings, and in making appropriate referrals to other services when required.

Fife International Forum welcome applications from individuals from all backgrounds with a good standard of English proficiency. To find the right person for their team and to avoid unnecessary disappointment, they ask that you download and study the job description and application pack.

    How to apply

To apply, please complete an application form on their website.

    CVs will not be accepted.

The closing date for applications is 11.59pm on Friday 21 February 2025. Interviews will take place week beginning 03 March 2025.
