  • Impellus £2,000 Training Grants

    This is a funded initiative supporting UK employers with up to 30 employees to deliver improved results through productivity, leadership, and business development.

    All UK employers with up to 30 employees can draw down £2,000 funding per individual (max five) towards accredited management and leadership, or sales and customer service development programmes. All are designed to change the performance and results of the individuals, their teams and all stakeholders.

    Over the last eleven months nearly £39m of grants have been issued to just over 3,000 different employers. Over 19,000 managers and key individuals have benefitted and many organisations that partially used their funding early are now coming back to maximise their advantage before the initiative ends​​​​​.

    You can choose the accredited programme of courses that best suits each individual, with courses running in small, live, interactive groups online, week in, week out to suit you.

    How to apply

    1. Choose which level you would like your manager(s) or customer-facing staff to do. You don’t need to have made course or qualification choices at this point, just whether you would like to take Level 3 or Level 5.
    2. Call 0800 619 1230 to arrange funding. Impellus need some basic organisational information and the names and job titles of the benefiting individuals (you can book unnamed places for future use too).
    3. Impellus set up your online account and you’re ready to start booking the courses and/or qualifications you wish to take.
