    Post: Adaptations Coordinator
    Hours: 36 hours per week 
    Salary: £35,993.00 - £39,908.00 per annum
    Location: Glenrothes

Kingdom's Asset Strategy team provide a high quality adaptation service for both Kingdom and private customers on behalf of the Kingdom Group. To support this vital work, Kingdom is recruiting for an Adaptations Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity where your skills will help to oversee a variety of adaptation projects, providing direct support with complex cases and support Kingdom's vision of great homes, services, people, and communities.

    The Role

    As an Adaptations Coordinator you will:

    • Work with the Planned Investment Team to monitor adaptations KPIs
    • Support adaptations' clients through all stages of adaptation from initial contact to completion of the work
    • Ensure risk assessments and method statements are in place for relevant projects

    About You

    Kingdom is looking for someone who:

    • Has knowledge of building standards
    • Has experience of managing people and projects
    • Has an understanding of relevant procurement legislation
