Kingdom's Grounds Maintenance team works together to provide a high quality maintenance and repair service for the Kingdom Group. To support this vital work, Kingdom is recruiting for a Community Works Operative. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain homes in the Kingdom Group, supporting its vision of great homes, services, people, and communities.

    The Role

    As a Community Works Operative, you will:

    • Work as part of the Grounds Maintenance team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience
    • Collect and dispose of litter and debris from designated areas in line with waste disposal regulations
    • Understand and follow risk assessments and method statements

    About You

    Kingdom is looking for someone who:

    • Has experience in a semi-skilled manual labour role
    • Has an understanding of health and safety legislation
    • Has an understanding of the safe use of relevant products and equipment required for the role
